All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash. 3.1 To register and maintain an account with fill77, a Player must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

4.3 KYC verification is mandatory before fill77 will process any withdrawal request. To complete KYC, you must submit:
4.4 fill77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time during the account's lifetime, including without prior notice, where required by PAGCOR, BSP, AMLC, or applicable Philippine law. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
4.5 All information provided to fill77 must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identification documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fill77 account credentials, including your password, SMS OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens. fill77 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings.
5.2 You must not share your fill77 account credentials with any third party, including family members. Any access to your fill77 account using your credentials is deemed to be authorized access for which you remain fully responsible, regardless of whether you personally performed the action.
5.3 fill77 support agents will never ask for your account password or OTP codes via live chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password or OTP should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to fill77 immediately via the official live chat channel at fill77.club.
5.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your fill77 account, you must contact fill77 customer support immediately via live chat. fill77 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. fill77 accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorized access where the Player failed to use available security features or shared their credentials.
6.1 fill77 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the fill77 Cashier page, which currently include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 All transactions on fill77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit crediting. fill77 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month depending on your KYC verification level and payment method used.
6.4 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own verified name. fill77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit received from a payment account belonging to another person may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification to the standard required by fill77 and PAGCOR. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC verification may not withdraw funds.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified fill77 account. fill77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the stated reason.
7.3 fill77 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines: GCash and Maya withdrawals — 5 to 30 minutes from approval for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — 5 to 60 minutes via InstaPay. These timelines are targets, not guaranteed service levels. Actual processing times may be affected by payment provider technical issues or AML review requirements beyond fill77's control.
7.4 fill77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, involve unusual patterns, or are flagged by fill77's AML monitoring systems. Such reviews may delay the withdrawal pending completion. Players will be notified of the review and provided an estimated resolution timeline.
7.5 Real-money balances and bonus balances are maintained separately. Only real-money balances that have cleared applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not cleared wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

12.2 Players may close their own fill77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure does not affect fill77's right to retain records required for regulatory or legal compliance purposes.
12.3 On legitimate account closure by the Player (not due to a breach), any real-money balance remaining after deducting outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not cleared wagering requirements are not refundable on voluntary account closure.
12.4 Where an account is terminated by fill77 due to breach of these Terms, fill77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money balance, without prior notice or compensation.
13.1 fill77 provides its Services on an "as available" basis. While fill77 makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, fill77 does not warrant that its Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, fill77's total liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of fill77 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
13.3 fill77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by: events beyond fill77's reasonable control (force majeure, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or PAGCOR-mandated service suspensions); decisions made by third-party payment processors; or the Player's own actions, including failure to maintain account security.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits fill77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
14.1 All content on fill77.club — including but not limited to the fill77 name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of fill77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
14.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use fill77.club for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproduction, or redistribution of fill77 content; scraping, data mining, or automated access to fill77's platform or data; or use of fill77 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations, BSP circulars, AMLC regulations, and relevant Philippine statutes.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and fill77 arising from or related to these Terms or fill77 Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through fill77's internal dispute resolution process, which is initiated by contacting fill77 customer support with a formal written complaint.
15.3 Disputes related to regulatory compliance, licensing, or PAGCOR-regulated matters may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution channel. fill77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
15.4 Any dispute not resolved through internal resolution or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
16.1 fill77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, and updates required for immediate PAGCOR compliance — may take effect without prior notice.
16.3 Continued use of fill77 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must close their account before the amendment takes effect. The amended Terms will not apply retroactively to transactions completed before the effective date.
